General

Utilize the existing methanol supply system, natural gas pipeline network, CNG and LNG refueling stations and other facilities to build or expand or build new comprehensive hydrogen production and refueling stations on the basis of existing stations. Through in-station hydrogen production and hydrogenation, the hydrogen transportation link is reduced, and the cost of hydrogen production, storage and transportation is reduced. This technology can minimize the price of hydrogen at the point of sale, and the cost of fuel for hydrogen-fueled vehicles is comparable to that of gasoline vehicles. But it is more environmentally friendly and in line with the future energy trend.

Technical Process

Using natural gas as raw material, high-purity hydrogen is produced by steam reforming (SMR) + transformation + pressure swing adsorption (PSA). The prepared hydrogen is pressurized to 20MPa by the compressor and enters the 20MPa hydrogen storage cylinder group. The hydrogen in the 20MPa hydrogen storage bottle group can be transported by trailer, or it can be continuously pressurized to 45MPa or 90 MPa before entering the 45MPa or 90Mpa hydrogen storage bottle. Hydrogen is sold to fuel cell vehicles via hydrogenation machines.
