Product Description

PSA Plant With a High Purity of Hydrogen at a Low Cost

 

PSA, standing for Pressure Swing Adsorption, is a technology that widely used for gas separation and purification. Moreover, it is also used to produce high purity of hydrogen from hydrogen-rich gases which is done by hydrogen purification plants. 

Ally Hi-Tech has been contributing to innovate and enhance the technologies of hydrogen production for 20 years, attained 40 patents and two of them were from Europe and USA, respectively. Moreover, 8 new patents are under the application process now.

As a Chinese hydrogen pioneer, Ally has designed and supplied more than 125 PSA hydrogen plants in the world. In addition, we have a PSA unit for each Methanol or SMR hydrogen production plant as well.

Process Description

 

Pressure swing adsorption (PSA) for hydrogen extraction is to selectively adsorb the non-hydrogen components in the hydrogen-rich mixture under the pressure, so as to accomplish the purpose of separating hydrogen from other gas components. In the meantime, the adsorbent releases the adsorbed impurity gas under pressure release so that the adsorbent can regain its adsorption capacity.
