In the production process of coking, iron making and steelmaking, iron and steel enterprises produce a large number of gas by-products, among which H2 is high in content, which is a commonly used gas fuel and also an important secondary energy source. Making full use of the by-product gas of iron and steel enterprises can not only save a lot of fuel, but also extract clean fuel from it, eliminate a large amount of gas discharge, and greatly improve and protect the environment. The product hydrogen with a purity of 99.9-99.999% can be obtained by the mature pressure swing adsorption technology.

Process Description
The coke oven gas is obtained by removing tar, denaphthalene, atmospheric pressure desulfurization, and fine desulfurization to obtain fine gas. The purified gas can be obtained by compression, pretreatment, pressure swing adsorption, and deoxidation drying to obtain high purity hydrogen.
The technology comprises three main units and combinations, namely TSA, PSA, deoxidation drying, wherein the process principle of PSA is the same as the prior art.
TSA is a temperature-temperature adsorption technology. According to the TSA performance curve, the multi-component mixture gas is separated under certain working pressure, normal temperature adsorption and high-temperature analysis to make the target product gas and impurities.
In the deoxidation drying technology, under the action of a catalyst, oxygen, and hydrogen in the crude hydrogen react to form water to remove oxygen in the crude hydrogen; the generated water is then cooled by a cooler and removed by a TSA drying system to achieve the purpose of purifying hydrogen.
