There is a great deal of experience for Ally Hi-Tech engaging in the large scale of hydrogen production facilities by methanol-reforming. We have delivered the plants in methanol with the amount of 300 around the world. In these 300 plants, 21 of them were ordered by the top ranking company in the hydrogen field------Air Liquide.

Principle

 

The raw materials in this process are methanol and D.M water which are taken from convenient sources, and converts these materials into the main hydrogen and carbon dioxide conversion gas on a special catalyst at 220 ~ 280℃.

The principle is: CH3OH+H2O=CO2+3H2
