Process Description
Coke oven gas is refined gas obtained by removing tar, removing phthalic acid, atmospheric desulfurization, and fine desulfurization. The purified gas can be compressed, pretreated, pressure swing adsorption, deoxygenated and dried to obtain high-purity hydrogen.
The technology includes three main units and combinations of TSA, PSA and deoxidation drying, and the process principle of PSA is the same as that of the existing technology.
TSA is a temperature-temperature adsorption technique. According to the TSA performance curve, the multi-component mixed gas is separated under a certain working pressure, adsorbed at room temperature and analyzed at high temperature to make the target product gas and impurities.
In the deoxygenation drying technology, under the action of a catalyst, the oxygen in the crude hydrogen reacts with hydrogen to generate water to remove the oxygen in the crude hydrogen; the generated water is then cooled by a cooler and removed by a TSA drying system to achieve the goal of purifying hydrogen Purpose.
Features
Large scale and high purification.
The product has a high hydrogen purity.
Leading technology.
CO purification by PSA technology differs from H2 purification in that CO is adsorbed by the PSA system. The adsorbent for purifying CO is developed by our company. It has the advantages of large adsorption capacity, high selectivity, simple process, high purity and high yield.

General
In the production process of coking, ironmaking and steelmaking, iron and steel enterprises produce a large amount of gaseous by-products, among which H2 content is high, which is a commonly used gaseous fuel and an important secondary energy source. Making full use of the by-product gas of iron and steel enterprises can not only save a lot of fuel, but also extract clean fuel from it, eliminate a lot of gas emissions, and greatly improve and protect the environment. The product hydrogen with a purity of 99.9-99.999% can be obtained through the mature pressure swing adsorption technology.
